My Review:
Cameryn is unhappy with her life. She's had nothing but one bad thing after another come at her. Her boyfriend and love of her life died in a car wreck, she has a brother that’s in prison for a drunk driving accident that killed a person. Her mother and father have gotten a divorce and she has had a massive argument with her best-friend. She’s depressed and needs to get away; to escape her problems and her life.

Who knew your life could change on the Greyhound. When twenty-year-old Camryn decides to leave behind his old life and take a bus to absolutely nowhere, meeting Andrew was probably the best thing she picked up on her way....

This is a beautiful love story. It is so realistic, it did not feel like a story. Fantastically written! This story makes you smile and makes you cry!

There are parts of this tale that are so touching and so deeply emotional that it tears your heart out, but it all serves a purpose. Every page, every word, every character counts...what an amazing ride!

My Favorite Quotes:
"You dwell on the past, you can't move forward. Spend too much time planning for the future and you just push yourself backwards, or you stay stagnant in the same place all your life." His eyes lock on mine. "Live in the moment..."

“I belong to you, Andrew Parrish…“Please…,” I whisper, “don’t let me go….”
~Camryn

Depression is pain in it's purest form and I would do anything to be able to feel an emotion again. Any emotion at all. Pain hurts, but pain so powerful that you can't feel anything anymore, that's when you start to feel like you're going crazy." ~Cameryn

"I was taking the long road and Camryn was taking the road to nowhere and it just so happens that they led to the same place." ~Andrew

Goodreads.com description:
Twenty-year-old Camryn Bennett had always been one to think out-of-the-box, who knew she wanted something more in life than following the same repetitive patterns and growing old with the same repetitive life story. And she thought that her life was going in the right direction until everything fell apart.

Determined not to dwell on the negative and push forward, Camryn is set to move in with her best friend and plans to start a new job. But after an unexpected night at the hottest club in downtown North Carolina, she makes the ultimate decision to leave the only life she’s ever known, far behind.

With a purse, a cell phone and a small bag with a few necessities, Camryn, with absolutely no direction or purpose boards a Greyhound bus alone and sets out to find herself. What she finds is a guy named Andrew Parrish, someone not so very different from her and who harbors his own dark secrets. But Camryn swore never to let down her walls again. And she vowed never to fall in love.

But with Andrew, Camryn finds herself doing a lot of things she never thought she’d do. He shows her what it’s really like to live out-of-the-box and to give in to her deepest, darkest desires. On their sporadic road-trip he becomes the center of her exciting and daring new life, pulling love and lust and emotion out of her in ways she never imagined possible. But will Andrew’s dark secret push them inseparably together, or tear them completely apart?

Book Review: Waiting For You by Shey Stahl

Waiting For you By Shey Stahl

292 pages

Published February 21st 2013
Available on Amazon.com

Can a split decision change your life? Can a road trip with a with an old friend be the one thing you needed to find yourself? Bailey had a very structured life. She knew what she had to do because that was what she was told. She had the perfect life, family, friends and boyfriend but that was not enough. She needed to be out in the world on her own, completely free. This is a great story of self discovery, independence and romance.

Dylan was a bad boy that had a troubled past but a good and passionate heart. Shey Stahl did such an amazing job writing her characters, we went through the emotions they did...when they are happy, i was happy, when they cried, I cried.

This was a story about living your life, making mistakes and finding happiness, being good to yourself instead of appeasing all others and being miserable, just letting loose, feeling alive and finding your true soul mate.

Goodreads.com Description:

Bailey Gray is tired of her perfectly planned life. Everything about her life has been organized and lived out to the expectations set of her parents. She is the class valedictorian, has perfect grades, the perfect friends, a perfect boyfriend, basically perfect life...or so everyone thought. That's when she realizes the path planned isn't always the path chosen.

On graduation day she makes a decision. One that changes everything she thought she knew about her intended future.

On a whim, she runs away with the town rebel, Dylan Wade, in search of the unknown.

Dylan Wade isn't looking to run away from anything.

He knows what he wants as he's been waiting on it for years.

On a journey to find the unknown, they discover a friendship they once knew along the open highway and have not a care in the world. Between the yellow and white lines of the heated summer asphalt, a spark draws them together as Dylan's past and Bailey future try to ripe them apart.

Could it be that Dylan and his GTO are exactly what her perfectly planned life needs

My Favorite Book Quotes:

"I believe that people come into your life and then some go. I also think there’s a purpose as to why they were in your life at all. Each one takes a piece of you when they go. Some leave pieces of themselves with you. Sometimes it’s wisdom, or maybe, it’s a lesson."

"I wanted to feel the freedom he felt, unpredictable freedom. I wanted to be out of control and I wanted to be a rebel. I wanted a sunrise, an opal sun dripping from the sky, with a new day where anything was possible and the sunset was unknown."

“Dylan wasn’t a rebound or distraction. No. He couldn’t be. Not Dylan. Like I said, you don’t just fall for someone like Dylan Wade. You bleed for someone like Dylan Wade.”

Wrapped In You (Waiting For you Book 2) Coming this Fall 2013

Goodreads.com description:
Dylan Wade wants to bury the grief that surrounds his past, his decisions and his reactions. He never had an easy life, but at least now, he has the girl.

Bailey Gray

He wants a life alone with Bailey but their past won't allow it. He finds himself wanting to know her soul, to live inside her heart and to have a moment where it's just them and their memories, without distractions.

But they find themselves on the path to nowhere, again in search of the love they once knew. They are forced to dig deep to see what they couldn't before. Deals can't be broken. Moments can't be stolen.

But maybe loving with all your heart isn't enough.

Can Bailey see that their deal can't be broken despite the revenge set forth by her family?

Or will she run from the

only boy who has ever held her heart?
